Adobe's InDesign CS4 has quickly replaced QuarkExpress as the industry standard for working with print publications. In this shorter 2-day class is designed for the person who wants to become a professional in the field but can't invest the extra day right now for the comprehensive course. You will learn the basics of InDesign and become comfortable with its most common tools.

We also offer a more [[InDesignCS4| comprehensive version]] of this course (3 days) which goes deeper into InDesign. If you have the time to invest then the longer version is a better choice for the professional looking to really become fluent in the application.

==Prerequisites==
Prior to taking InDesign you should be comfortable with your computer. You will get the most of the course if you have taken some time to play with InDesign first and have a good idea of how print publishing and desktop publishing work.
