Tech Dr. is a retainer program that provides an assured number of hours of support covering any issue at a greatly reduced price. This can be ideal for those who have several computers that they know need some work.
--Unused hours of support can be rolled over to training services in the next billing period. Every 4 hours left unused can be converted into a training class from our catalog. No extra fees. Now that's a real bonus and what a great perk for your employees!

How much is it?
- Level 1: 10 hours = $540
- Level 2: 15 hours = $792
- Level 3: 20 hours = $1056
- Level 4: 25 hours = $1320
- Level 5: 30 hours = $1530
- Level 6: 35 hours = $1785
- Level 7: 40 hours = $1920

Basic hourly rates are also available.
Billing periods can be arranged monthly, quarterly, or annually.
